integrity

I'm sure it's because mine was called into question last week.
I sat down on Saturday night to watch a brainless flick. However, instead of popping in, "Better Off Dead" I watched, "12 Angry Men," and "To Kill a Mockingbird."
Both were exactly what I needed. One person standing up for the greater good.

If you've never seen either I highly recommend both.

I sincerely hope you are talking about the ORIGINAL 12 Angry Men with Henry Fonda! Yes, that is one of the all time great movies. Probably on my top 10 list, much like you are on my top 10 women list.

You should have called me. I pop the greatest popcorn on the planet and mix the best martinis possible. Well, maybe next time. ;)

Peace

It was the Henry Fonda version. I didn't even know there was another version out there. Awesome, awesome movie.

Haven't seen "12 Angry Men." Loved "To Kill a Mockingbird." Great book, too.

Oh, are you getting nasty comments on here because of your brave post last week? That totally sucks if that's the case.

I love To Kill a Mockingbird, the movie and the book, but haven't seen 12 Angry Men yet. I will have to check it out.

Karl: Yes, I would never suggest seeing a movie over a book, however I think this is one time when it is just as well done. "Mockingbird" is one of my all time favorite, book and the movie.

Egan: Sadly, yes. I highly recommend, "12 Angry Men." It says something about integrity and it also speaks volumes about our justice system and juries.

There was a late 90's tv version of 12 Angry Men with some heavy hitters but it wasn't nearly as good as the classic.

Good choices. TKAM is fantastic. In fact, I am leaning toward "Boo Radley" for the name of my next pet. That is the coolest name. I need to get out more.

Twelve Angry Men: it's been awhile. Last time was when my dog crapped all over the basketball court at the park.

Oh, and the Henry Fonda version was equally amusing.

Tom: Mmmm, not ringing a bell. However, you've never steered me wrong before, so I'll believe you on this one as well.

P: Nice. Did they get you and your little dog, too?
